Many businesses rely on multiple agencies and freelancers for strategy, design, web, content, and communications, leading to fragmented messaging, slower execution, and accountability gaps. Learn about how TwentyThree, the full-service growth collective, brings everything together, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and stronger results.

The TwentyThree growth collective has assembled experts from Cape Town, London and Stockholm, with proven track records in communications, design, business strategy, and facilitated innovation acceleration.

Bronwen Kausch

Director: PR & Communications, Corporate affairs

Bronwen has more than 30 years’ experience working as a journalist and communications specialist. She has covered technology, finance and economics extensively and has been widely published across a number of IT and business publications.

Bron spent four years as the COO of the Cape Chamber of Commerce, creating and implementing a new digital strategy. During her time at the Cape Chamber she headed up a Swedish chambers programme to build capacity within several African chambers of commerce, with a special focus on Alternate Dispute Resolution and women economic empowerment.

Bron is also a co-founder of Nuvalaw a legal tech company specialising in third-party claims resolution for insurers and law firms. Walking the journey from startup to thriving growth organisation has given Bron a unique insight into the frustrations faced by founders and she is passionate about helping young companies move from seed financing to successful series A financing and beyond.

A masters degree in ICT Policy and Regulation from Wits also means she is well equipped to help businesses and industry organisations who want to advocate for more enabling regulations - if it has to do with space and who owns it, all the better.
